Orders, menus and allergies
These terms apply to purchases and bookings with Clara’s Cocina, alongside any details agreed in your order or written booking confirmation. Please check your items, collection location and time before paying. Prices and availability are shown when you order; menus may change seasonally. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or refund. Please tell us about allergies before ordering and ask our team for current allergen information. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Catering and private events
An enquiry does not reserve a date. We will confirm your booking, menu, guest numbers, price, payment dates and any deposit or cancellation terms in writing before you commit. Please provide accurate venue details and tell us promptly about changes or dietary requirements. Changes depend on availability and may affect the agreed price. Our Refund Policy applies alongside your written booking terms.
